Casement & Awning windows are hinged on one side and open outward from the turn of a handle. This style of window provides an uncluttered view because the operating crank is at the bottom of the window. Guaranteed to never stick, jam, or warp, our casement windows are operated with a “crank” handle mechanism that makes it easy for anyone to open them.

Casement windows hang vertically on hinges located on the left or right side of the window frame. The hinges are on top of the Awning windows, which hang horizontally.

We purchased an investment property and it needed updated along with new windows. My mom moved into the property, she is elderly and has severe health problems. She has to keep the temp at 72-75 to prevent her body from hurting and locking down. Her heater has constantly been running. Kyle came over, measured the windows and got them ordered. They came in and his crew started working on installing. They are so experienced and professional they did one window at a time so my mother wouldn’t be in any discomfort. The installed 19 windows in 1 day. And came back the next to finish wrapping. By the time they left on day 1 within 20 minutes my mom had to turn down the heat. It was keeping warm and holding the temperature. I’ve always heard new windows would help with energy bills but I fully believe it now. It’s an investment into our investment property. Will add immediate value as well as save hundreds on electric and gas bills. 100% recommend Kyle and David and the whole crew at Quality Exteriors. Make a smart choice and get new windows!!!

My wife and I had windows installed on our house we just purchased. David got back to us in a timely manner, and met us at the house for an estimate. He provided all the needed documentation for the windows and took the time to carefully go over the contract and warranty information. The contractors installed quickly and professionally. Installation was clean and no messes were left behind. We are extremely happy with the job done and highly recommend David and Quality Exteriors.
